He gives Susan a couple of other nice one smackers in this movie. There is a scene earlier where the police raid one of Capone's gambling clubs. During the encounter with the police Susan Blakely's character cracks a bottle over a cop's head. Al Capone leads her up the stairs and into his office. In the office is a huge wall safe, but it's actually a door leading down a flight of steps to a back alley.
He opens up the wall safe and tells her to get in. She looks into the safe and asks, "You want me to get in there?" She's bending over as she's looking into the safe. He gives her a nice hard smack on her bottom and tells her to get going. Needless to say, the smack gets her moving and she crawls through and then down the stairs she goes.
